Cheese, please! Come by The Local for a hands on class learning how to make fresh Mozzarella Cheese. 

We are so delighted to be bringing the owner of LedgeStone Vineyards - a family ran winery & vineyard in De Pere to the shop! This class is packed with the how-to's and step by step instruction of making Mozzarella cheese. Of course a winery wouldn't host a cheese class without including some adult beverages to sample along the way ;) 

The class is interactive and space is limited. $35/person includes the walk through of 2 batches of cheese, a small snack board and 5 wines. Act quick! This class is going to be a sell out!
